Clean, quiet, comfortable hotel next to a leafy park. Good location for exploring the city. Room was small but well organized. Shower was good but no way not to get the whole bathroom wet. Included Breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly. We got good recommendations for dinner.

Villa Flavia is a beautiful hotel. Absolutely amazing! The rooms are spotless clean and very comfortable. They have wonderful outdoor garden and sitting areas. The service is excellent. The breakfast is delicious. The location is very convenient and provides easy access to the most visited parts of the city. You will love this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Flavia - luxury boutique hotel experience with breathtakingly beautiful architecture and very interesting history. The concept of this hotel is blending its past (the property sits on an ancient Roman bath, which you’re able to see and tour), present and future. The owner of the hotel gives tours of the Roman bath daily and very eloquently describes how it was discovered and how it was incorporated in the current building. We highly recommend this hotel as it will provide a once in a lifetime experience. The location of it is excellent as well - right in the heart of old town and walking distance to anything you need. I sincerely thank the entire staff for making our stay so incredibly special and memorable!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Flavia . The hotel is in a great location and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. The Roman remains in the basement are fascinating. Would definitely stay there again

The hotel is exceptional. It is beautifully restored with amazing attention to detail. The tour of the Roman ruins below the property was fantastic. Our room was wonderful, large, immaculately clean with everything you could need every day. The staff were so welcoming and helpful, we would definitely give Hotel Villa Flavia 10 out of 10 and recommend to all our family and friends. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Villa Flavia is built above a Roman bath and we were given a tour of the Roman remains. The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff are efficient and helpful. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
