"We had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and the bed was super comfortable. The location was perfect, near Cologne cathedral and train stations. Great amenities although we wished they had laundry services.

"The hotel was amazing from the start felt so welcome and comfortable when speaking to the staff, the hotel room was beautiful spacious and so clean, the hotel explain if you put on the door you do not want your room clean the hotel give you a coupon for a free drink at the bar which I think is lovely. They have a mini shop in the hotel from chargers to plugs to sweets chocolates and drinks, the have room service and they are very quick & efficient."

"Had a wonderful 5 night stay at the hotel. I was a bit apprehensive after reading some reviews but i was pleasantly surprised. Lovely welcome from check in staff and given lots of information about the hotel and surrounding area. Hotel lobby is impressive, superior double room was spacious, clean and aircon worked perfectly.
Breakfast was plentiful and you can order different eggs/bacon from the waitress. My only very small gripe would be that the toaster took ages so put your toast on whilst you enjoy some cereal!
The lifts were mentioned in alot of other reviews, to be honest it would be better if all 3 were working but we never had long to wait and we were on holiday so not in a hurry to get anywhere.
