Perfect place to spend a night or two as good location and comes with kitchen and laundry facilities. However check in can be a nightmare if your booking platform does not update you with check in instructions

Wonderful property - we stayed here twice during our trip and both times we had a great stay. The staff were very accommodating with our questions and requests as well. Note that if you’re bringing large luggage parking can be a bit of a challenge but regardless it is definitely still worthwhile staying here!

Second time we stayed at the guest house. It is clean and the kitchen is a great feature especially traveling to Iceland with a family.

Close to downtown, but not in downtown. Walk across the street and cut next to church and you are in downtown. Bonus points for coffee machine in kitchen and free street parking

Shared kitchen was fully stocked with what we needed for meals. One bathroom per floor of 3 rooms so there were people from other floors coming to ours to use the bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hot!

Modern and Good location

Modern rooms and kitchen. Not too far from the city centre and easy to walk to. They allowed us to enter early to drop off our bags which was a massive bonus otherwise we would have been stuck with them most of the afternoon. There was no front desk and we had to phone to gain entrance codes but not sure how else we would have got in as they weren't sent in advance

Property experience was good: Pros: Availability of kitchen and dining. Easy for families with kids. Easy access to city centre. Cons: No toiletries and no mention that they won’t be available Noisy road and traffic keeps you awake. People struggle to enter the property if they don’t contact the owner in advance. For us it was smooth since we received the details after sending an email two days in advance.

Not as good as we expected

Not at all newly renovated like they promised. Very bad (if any) ventilation in bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen. Consider paying a bumpy more for some better quality. Beds we comfortably but that’s about all. No instructions for the Apple TV. No possible way to get help from the owner.

Worst place we have ever stayed

The guesthouse is lousy, too close to Main Street. The condition is terrible and definitely needs a remodeling. Hardwood floor is dirty. The facial and bath towels are hard and could rub your skin off. We did not use at all. There is nothing provided except a hand soup in bathroom.

There was a cigarette burn on the pull out couch where our kids were supposed to sleep. The floor hasn't been swept or cleaned from the previous guests. Logistically the TV could not be turned on. The shared bathroom is very small, so it's hard to navigate if you have kids. The shower was very moldy on the bottom. We were lucky to find a parking spot in front but be aware of you have a car and not familiar with the area to know where you can park.

The location was fantastic. Check in was easy. Staff seemed to come in regularly and take out the trash and tiddy up the bathrooms. The couch for the third person to sleep on was awful. There was a lot of mold in the shower and the drain didn’t work well. You had to continually shut the water off during your shower so it didn’t flood the bathroom. Staff was notified and they were able to have maintenance clean the drain the following day. Customer service was good. Overall, the location was worth the stay.

Pictures and description of property gave the impression that kitchen and bathroom facilities were part of the room. However they were shared and the room was so small, it had space for just about people to enter in and out. No space for luggage, very difficult and we were ,4 of us

Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais assez calme le soir. Arrêt de bus pour aller au centre ville juste devant, 10 mn pour celui qui va à l'aéroport. Cuisine et salle de bain agréables, literie confortable. Dommage de ne pas pouvoir y laisser les bagages en cas de check in précoce même pour 30 mn, il faut déposer aux lockers du BSI bus terminal, un peu cher.
