Room was clean, i took a studio it was at back of building and entrance to it was wierd and not maintained properly. Wish the entrance was looking more good and nice. Alll the cooking apns and pots are available at studio , but the sink in the studio room has food smell when ever i started operating the sink. Other than that evrything else was good

Enjoyed my stay here. The hosts are very welcoming & helpful. Checkin is clear and also has Igdlo sign on building for easy find. Location is close to basically everything, and Bus 55, which saves over $25 round trip to KEF airport. The room and shared bathroom were always clean also. The rooms are small and the lighting not so bright, but overall it was fine, and a very good value for an expensive place like Iceland.

My husband I rented a studio because we wanted to have our own bathroom. The owner should consider a dresser/armoire rather than what appeared to be a sofa table. There wasn't any place to unpack or put suitcases and only a coat hanger but no hangers for any hanging clothes. There were two of us and only one set of towels provided. There were also a couple very old, worn towels we had no idea what they were supposed to be used for. It had a small kitchen but we didn't use except to heat up some food in the oven so can't really comment on it. Breakfast was offered in the main house. The cost quoted in all the e-mails was 5 Euros. A sign in the kitchen stated 7.50 Euros. Either way, cereal, milk, a loaf of bread, cheese slices, butter,and jam was not worth it. We choose to go out for all of our meals. The property was located close enough to town to walk and even walk to the Perlan and close to several transit stops. This property would certainly be fine for some as it is a personal preference for what one wants. But, for the cost of the studio, on our next trip to Iceland, will look for another option to stay in.

Always enjoy staying here. Owners are present and helpful. Met new people and it is quiet but yet close to shops - within walking distance. Close to BSI Terminal - arriving from Keflavík airport it is easy 15 min walk to Igdlo Guesthouse.

Excellent place to stay - more of a hostel than a hotel, but there are private rooms with shared bathrooms. Super clean in general, and good kicthen, even with dishwashers. Would stay again.
