Great location. Food is ok. All is fine except can smell the septic from the room, especially in the bathroom area but understand it as an old building.
Basic breakfast included. Breads, ham, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, cookies, hard boiled eggs, jams and peanut butter. Clean room with basic kitchen. Great location to be able to walk everywhere! Steps from the church.
Centrally located and breakfast included. Super clean. Recommend

Great location, clean rooms, easy self check in and out and good breakfast.
Spartan, only the absolute necessities, shared bathroom and shower facilities not ideal, but clean and accessible. Outside door hard to open and crammed stairs just as one tries to enter with suitcases. Lots of stairs to contend with.
Overall had a positive experience! The guesthouse is in a fantastic location, parking was easy, and great breakfast provided. I found the bed linens in poor condition (holes, stains) as well as the building itself needing some repairs. I would stay here again given the value for great spot nearby to the city.
First impression from the amazing staff is very welcoming. Attentive and helpful from the moment you walk in. With 4 in our party, the 4 single beds where perfect. We thought a shared bathroom would be an issue and it truly wasn’t. Having a small kitchenette was also very handy and this place is one I will keep in mind for future stays
It was a great place to stay with kitchen facilities. Breakfast was included, but we had to walk to the sister guesthouse which was not disclosed when we booked, but it was just up the street. The staff was great. The location was perfect. The doors were quite heavy to try and get the bags up the steps to our loft appt. It would have been nice to have had a second key. Parking was hard to find at times. I would recommend staying here.
The ONLY issue we had was that the website makes it sound like the hotel has dedicated parking. It does not. You have to find street parking. However, the staff helped us with that!
Good kitchen facilities, good breakfast.
This is more like a hostel so don't expect to have the best sleep of your trip here. The mattresses are super thin and the rooms are small.
There is one bathroom facility on each floor so keep that in mind when traveling.

good location! really good breakfast. easy self-service
Warm, clean room, good for the budget traveler who just wants a comfortable place to go to sleep after sightseeing and a nice breakfast. The location is perfect since it is near the main church, so easy to find and an easy walk to bus terminal and main streets
Very nice location, however the parking is on the street (can be hard to find) . Very steep staircase, so it is not easy to drag the luggage up to the third floor. Shower was combined with bathroom on our floor, not very convenient. And there was a lot of noise from both some construction or repairs, and also other guests.
Andrea’s Guesthouse was exactly what we had hoped it would be. Reasonable, right in the middle of some amazing shops, Loki’s, some pastry places.
I would happily recommend Andrea’s to friends and family, and yes we would stay here again!
