Convenient to sightseeing in the city, quick drive to Perlan. There was a mix up with our reservation and they quickly stepped in and made it right- I appreciate the great customer service!

House and room was quite nice & cosy. Breakfast was basic but lovely. Room was small but well designed. If shared areas like kitchen are in use and people are around it is quite audible in the individual bedrooms. Window couldn’t be covered although there are technical options available. So very light at night due to main Street in front of the window which is loud and very light at night…

A little surprised

I booked three people in a room, they said the room not available, offer us two rooms in their sister facility, or cancel. We had been canceled once, don’t want to go through searching processing again in last minute, then we accepted the offer. When we arrived the location, found out these two rooms are in separate locations. Audur location two person room is nice, another single room has to walk a block away and share the bathroom with other people.

We booked a room to sleep 3 people, however when we arrived we found out the room only had two twin beds, so one of my children had to sleep on the floor.

I liked the room and the coffee machine. I wouldn't say I liked their communication. There were many mistakes like they said to accept breakfast on Aug 1st, while they sent the email on the 1st at almost midnight. So I could not confirm in time and didn't receive breakfast. About the location, they changed the location for my second room without notice. Including passwords to enter buildings and rooms, etc.

Ingen kokemuligheter eller mulighet til å lage mat, vi hadde handlet inn til middag for 1500 kr. men komfyren på kjøkkenet var koblet fra. Elendig utstyrt, ett glass og 4 gafler på kjøkkenet til 6 soverom. Ingen fryser. Vi var to par, men i annonsen sto det ingen ting om at vi måtte dele leiligheten med flere. Savnet TV. Noen hagemøbler på balkongen hadde også vært hyggelig. DYRT og dårlig!
