"This hotel is directly across from the cruise terminal, thus very convenient for travellers! Staff stored our suitcases until check in time at 15:00 hrs. Friendly multilingual staff, huge room with comfortable beds, a couch, a table and chairs, a desk, large balcony with chairs, kitchen is complete, and it was quiet. Everything was spotless, and had a great sleep. Huge indoor and huge outdoor swimming pools, nice sitting areas, great breakfast with 3 menu options to choose from, large fitness room, and roof top patio areas. Wifi in lobby and room. There are restaurants on both sides of the hotel, and we were happy with the fantastic price via Hotels.com. Considered a little downside to mention is that the area to walk to the city at night may not be safe, as locals call it the getto. We did not notice anything but we were there only during the days. Easy for taxi or Uber to pick up and costs to the city were cheap, under US$15. Would definitely stay there again! Thank you :)"
