"Excellent reasonably priced small hotel in handy location between Recoleta sights and El Ateneo bookstore (a must see). Only slight disappointment (4 stars rather than 5) because a bit noisy (we were on 8th floor street side) and breakfast okay but not great (and room crowded). It’s in a great spot which is super easy to use as a base for exploring the city.
The room/amenities were fresh and luxurious, we asked for a later check out which was accommodated without issue. Breakfast was impressive with great variety and inclusions.
The service here is particularly wonderful. The staff every morning at breakfast were super attentive and pleasant. A particular shout-out to Hugo who made an awesome first impression when we arrived and gave us such a friendly and warm welcome to the hotel and our room, helping with our bags and all sorts of questions.
Last and not least, we found this to be awesome value for money. The hotel is new and it seems that they will open more eating and drinking venues in the building imminently which will make it even better. Highly recommend."
