"Overall my stay was pleasant, a couple of points the E lounge food offering should be better/ upgraded and offer some sort of hot breakfast for those that want to stay with in the lounge area. The room attendants where excellent paying attention to the smallest details taking the time to place personal belongings on side table ect. Generally very pleasant and professional staff though out the hotel.I will be staying at this hotel again"

The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. What made our stay truly special was the outstanding staff. A special thank you to Ezequiel, Fabian, Ailton, and Sofia for their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help at all times. We would also like to recognize the room cleaning staff, who kept our room spotless throughout our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of many downtown attractions, beautiful historical sites, shopping areas, and several wonderful restaurants. It was very convenient for exploring Buenos Aires with our family. Thank you to the entire Grand Brizo team for making our visit so enjoyable.
