"We stayed in a room with a pullout bed which was more like a torture device. Seems it had not been updated in a very long time. Also our TV never worked, water pressure went in and out. Not a good experience. We wont be back. "

I left my cell phone in the complimentary lyft ride from the Burbank airport and the staff totally jumped in to do whatever was needed in facilitating my cell phone return. Within 2 hours, cell phone restored, I was back to scheduled events. Would absolutely return for a stay."
