"This place i think is mostly for university students living away frim home. The rooms have everything one needs, ecm en a small kitchen with stovetop fridge and microwave. A wardibe with room to hang dresses not just a short one. A desk and co fy bed. And a tv i never used. A nice size bathroom with a great shower. Paid parking inside a locked gate and only nine or 10 minutes from the old Center. I loved it here."

"We were in a cabin for 5 in a lovely position, very secluded with excellent views. Parking was convenient next to the cabin. Interior was clean and comfortable with plenty of storage space. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The site was a bit run down but it was early season and the bar area and outside seating looked like if could be tidied up and be comfortable. "We had an amazing time (two adults and a teenager). The hotel's location is perfect for lounging by the pool, walking to the beach, and walking into the main town every night to find bars and restaurants. The local neighbourhood is good for local facilities like bakeries and pharmacies. Access to the gym and indoor pool is misleading; this is an additional cost, but the facilities are excellent. Breakfast is superb if this is important to you. The room was kept spotless by the housekeeping staff. No soap in the toilets by the pools was really disappointing for a hotel of this standing. We'll be going back."

"This is an Axel hotel so I expected certain amenities and support. The room was great and spacious, as well as finely equipped. The pool area was good but lacked services like food and drinks. There was no rooftop scene to get into at night. Recommendations about bars and nightlife were severely lacking. There were a couple small touches at the pool area, like a small glass of champagne was served once while I was there. Could be an amazing property with a few enhancements being made. Location cannot be beat. The staff was very friendly and helpful!!! The property and area very safe day and night. There were a few restaurants right around the corner with a very local vibe."

"Iconic hotel on La Concha beach. Can't beat the location! Staff is amazing. Breakfast buffet so yummy, although not inexpensive. The restaurant and bar staff on point. Front desk team helpful. Concierge, while a lovely person, gave a few recommendations that were "duds." The hotel is "older" and we had some issues with our air conditioning maintenance responded changed filters, but it never got to a temperature that was cool enough for us; but it was also a heatwave, so I assume the system was stressed out. We had an ocean view which was amazing although the room itself was smaller than expected. Large bathroom! Overall, great stay!"
