We had a wonderful stay! When you come home from an excursion the calm, the beautiful garden and view and perfect pool are just the right thing! The women at the reception were really friendly and welcoming!

Excellent, but be aware of the apartment types

A beautiful complex, in a truly stunning area of the Basque Country. The staff are great. Maria Vitorica spoke excellent English and was very helpful. Grounds are pristine - wonderful views of the ocean and hills; beautiful gardens; great exercise/obstacle course; tennis court and the pool is even better than the photos! The complex even has a security guard. The apartment unfortunately tarnished our experience. We were unlucky to get a mid-ground floor apartment which slept a max of 5. We were a family of 4, so we’re expecting a bit more space. These apartments are small: long and thin. Master bedroom had a double bed squeezed into one corner, which means climbing over each other to get in and out. Disappointing lack of sunlight from front and rear. There is an oversized terrace which is directly underneath the neighbours’ balcony. It feels like a tunnel. Ground floor also means security worries leaving windows open during hot nights. This place isn’t cheap, so we felt somewhat overcharged. On positive note, it’s clean, lots of clever storage areas, well equipped kitchen and decent shower. Towels changed once a week, so wise to bring your own. If your apartment is important to you, then make sure you are guaranteed either a corner apartment or a first floor apartment. The booking tendency is Saturday to Saturday, and these bookings take priority. Overall, my family loved it and we had a fabulous holiday. We would stay again, only if we were guaranteed a better apartment.

Nicely situated especially when you are by car. You are quickly in san Sebastián or Biaritz or at some of the neighbouring beaches. But do know there is no Beach in walking distance. However they have a magnificant pool. They have very kind staff who helped us move to another Apartment as our balcony was quite small for 4 persons. Excellent staff and Nice stay

El personal fue muy atento. Llegamos muy tarde y lloviendo, la persona que nos esperó y ayudó a recoger la llave y a indicarnos el apartamento y aparcamiento fue muy amable y se lo agradecemos mucho. El lugar es muy agradable, para familias y en general para estar tranquilo . El apartamento resultó ser un pelín más pequeño de lo esperado, pero estuvimos muy bien.

Excellent séjour dans une très belle résidence... entourée de verdure et de fleurs... la piscine est grande avec des transats en nombre... il est indispensable d'avoir une voiture pour visiter et se rendre dans les villes voisines ou même à la mer... en période estivale, les bébés qui pleurent, les enfants qui braillent et les parents debordés dès 8h du matin peuvent être un frein à ceux qui aspirent au calme et au repos... enfin, par fortes chaleurs, l'absence de climatisation peut être difficile à vivre...

Très belle résidence (logements, jardin et piscine). Le personnel est très sympathique. La plage n'est pas très loin mais il faut une voiture. Dommage que les chiens soient acceptés car il est toujours pénible d'entendre des aboiements.

Sejour tres agreable pour découvrir le pays Basque. Logement tres convenable wc et salle de bain un peu étroit pour des personnes un peu enrobées quand on veug fermer la porte de la salle de bain il faut se coller au lavabo. Personnel accueillant et tres aimable. Vue agreable sur le parc et la mer.

Bonito y tranquilo lugar de hospedaje.

Un entorno maravilloso. Hemos estado en familia y el sitio es muy tranquilo y bien comunicado, eso sí en coche, pero a tan sólo 10 min de San Juan de Luz, a 20 de Hondarribia, a 30 min de Biarritz y de San Sebastian. Puedes visitar la zona perfectamente. Inmejorable para ir con perro. Tiene todo lo necesario para estar a gusto.
