Located in the heart of downtown Rennes, Le Petit BottĂ©, a charming 16 mÂČ studio, completely renovated and tastefully decorated, will be perfect for your stay of a few days or a few weeks in the city.

On the first floor, furnished with all the necessary comfort, it has a pleasant living room with a fully equipped kitchenette (hotplates, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee maker) and a shower room with WC. For the night, a double suspended bed will allow you to sleep very comfortably (excellent quality mattress).

Bed linen and towels are provided, free WiFi access throughout the apartment.

You will enjoy the hypercentre while being quiet, the studio overlooks an inner courtyard.
Close to Place de la RĂ©publique, you are close to all amenities: bus and metro lines within walking distance, shops, bars and restaurants, market of the Auction.
The main places of the city are within walking distance: Jacobins Convent, Fine Arts Museum, Thabor Park, etc.
Parking: CPark De Gaulle-Gare at 500 m, Parking Les Lices at 800 m

Le chauffage est performant. 🙁 Le lit escamotable est difficile Ă  remonter (besoin de graissage ?). Il y a un chauffage ""horaires de nuit"" automatique qui est programmĂ© jusqu’à 8 h, ou 9 h, donc il fait trĂšs froid le matin pour les lĂšve-tĂŽt."

Cependant, il convient de noter que lorsque le lit est descendu, l'espace devient assez restreint, en particulier si vous avez une valise ou des bagages volumineux. Le Petit BottĂ© "Alexandra et Camille sont professionnelles et serviables ! Rien Ă  dire sur la prestation de l’équipe, je tiens Ă  les remercier pour la qualitĂ© de leurs Ă©changes et leurs rĂ©activitĂ©. L’appartement est bien situĂ© et entourĂ© de plusieurs restaurants sympas. Gros bĂ©mol avec l’appartement qui est trĂšs petit et trĂšs trĂšs mal isolĂ© phoniquement. MĂȘme si c’est bien Ă©quipĂ©, mais, ça manque cruellement d’espace pour le prix payĂ©. On s’est fait brutalement rĂ©veiller en plein milieu de la nuit ( 3h30 et 6h ) toutes les nuits (3) par : le voisin du dessus qui est rentrĂ© dans tout ses Ă©tats, qui Ă  mis plus de de heures pour se coucher et qu’on avait l’impression qu’il Ă©tait avec nous dans la chambre tellement c’était brouillant. Une personne qui a jugĂ© pertinent de sortir les poubelles Ă  6h du mat en la faisant rouler sur les pavĂ©s de la cours. Encore une fois l’équipe est efficace et amicale, mais, la chambre n’est pas confortable malgrĂ© l’amĂ©nagement et l’optimisation."
