"The best thing about this hotel is that it’s adjacent to the train station! Just like the other reviews, it is slightly outdated but still a nice place to stay. They only gave me 1 pillow which was uncomfortable and that was a bit disappointing. "
"This property is great option around Shin Osaka station. There is a subway station very close to the station that take you to some major stations in the Osaka area like Namba for Dotonburi. The hotel was clean, quiet, and has a great healthy breakfast. Water, ice and coffee are always available. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if I’m in Osaka. "

"It’s about 7 minutes walk to Shin-Osaka Station via skywalk through a commercial building, which you can access after a minute walk outside. It’s like any other JR VIA hotels, so nothing fancy but everything is clean, at least in my opinion. I did not have much interaction with staff so can’t say they were good or bad. Overall, recommended. "
"Great location for first time travellers as its connected to the subway station (shin-Osaka) and has taxi drivers near by, easy to locate and wel looked after. And loved the room and bathroom space!"
"Small room but it's perfect for a stopping gap if your traveling across the country, nice views, easily accessible restaurants and convenience stores."
