"We have a heat wave here , someone hid the remote control for the AC so we spent the night sweating and the pillows are terrible ..We came back late at night so no more staff was impossible to ask where was the remote control for the AC ( was under a blanket in the closet) when i told that to the staff in the morning the answer was " Ah bon " horrific night .."

"A beautiful location with stunning views. The property was lovely with lots of charm and character. It was also well equipped with everything we needed and was very comfortable. The swimming pool was perfect and a great place to relax with the family. Liz and Quintin were great hosts and made the whole experience welcoming and easy. Thank you. "

"The property details were spot on, it was exactly as described. Penny was a great host, quick to respond to questions. She gave us lots of tips on places to visit which we really appreciated. We loved the villa, it was very homely and the two cats were an added bonus. We sat out on the balcony a lot to enjoy the views and made good use of the pool. You definitely need a car here which was fine for us. It was only a 5 minute drive to get croissants in the morning! "
"Short walks into the old town and to the Matisse chapel. Parking was easy. I had a good meal across the street but I could have tried any of a dozen reputable restaurants within a mile. The double room had a great view and private bath. No tv or radio but wi-fi was strong. "
"This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly. "
