You havee me a bit confused on the transparancy issue. We do not list either free water or free breakfast on any of our web pages, or during any conversations with the guest service agents at the time of booking. With that we do go over many of the amenities that this property has and are very careful not to make false promises. G. Weir
It’s way overpriced and when asking for some cutlery or dishes to use the front desk wouldn’t provide any neither would the restaurant! They charge you $170 a room for a night don’t give breakfast anymore and when you ask for things like 2 bowls and spoons, nope!!!! Terrible!!!!

I will be looking into the utensil and bowl request, we do provide that upon request, so I will see if something has changed with that.G. Weir
That hot tub sure is a valuable item. We have 0many guests ask about it when they are booking. Sporry about the past issue, glad all was good this time.G. Weir
That is what I like to hear!! The Stay Cation is still alive and doing well.G. Weir

Main train line is 100 feet from window, comes with repeated blasts of horn. Extraordinary noise. Long wait checking in while clerk talked to client who eventually cancelled stay in the end. Indifferent dining room service and overcooked meal.

Seems like this was a less than acceptable stay. A desk clerk can be held up by a needy customer, I feel your frustration, but they have to give each person the service they need, even when others are waiting.G. Weir
The pool area gets worse every year and this time it’s was too much. Clumps of hair in the pool right after it was closed for cleaning. Just in general filthy pool area. Truly a shame

A less then acceprtable stay. I agree that the bathrooms aresmall. Back in 1970 that seemed to be an acceptable size. Not really able to make the washroom bigger, sorry.G. Weir

The pool is fun. But the pool is not licensed to have drinks.

Unfortunatly we were not granted a new licence after coved ended. We really mis not being allowed to have any food or beverage in the pool area.G. Weir
Paying on Expedia in full didn’t expect to be extorted $100 when first walking up to front desk. The room smelled so bad I had to leave a day early. Would never recommend this place.

We will need to find the room you were in and investigate the issue.G. Weir
Staff that was around was really rude when kids were playing with pool toys that we bought and brought for them to play with. Pool person bitched and said that they weren’t allowed to play with their pool toys yet no where did it stat that the kids weren’t allowed to play with toys. Was really frustrating for not only us but the children as well

I am sorry that I have to disagree with you on this. There are signs in several places including right at the Tiki Hut that clearly state no pool toys allowed, only PFD and life jackets. My staff were just enforcing the posted rule.G. Weir
