"Room was clean, but sink cracked and slow to drain. No linens in the room for pull out sofa. Staff brought it to us pretty quickly but we were tired and arrived late. Would have been nice to have it there. Finally this is my second time in the past year in this hotel with no elevator service. I dont mind walking but felt fortunate that I did not have my elderly mother with me. Lovely location and lots to eat and do near by. Building maybe could use some capital spending. Staff was pleasant in all encounters "

"Pretty decent hotel! The dinnertime kickback was way more than I expected! Con: no extra toilet paper or lotion. Random strands of hair in the shower. "

"We enjoyed our stay. The staff was wonderful, the rooms were very clean and comfortable. The AC kept the room very cool. My only complaint was that the TV kept losing signal almost every few minutes but other than that our stay was wonderful. "

"Our AC was broken in the first room so we switched and thought it was working in the second room, but it wasn’t. Staff were nice enough and it wasn’t their fault but very frustrating experience. Someone also pooped in the pool and it was closed for a while and no one took the sign off for when it was reopen and I couldn’t get a clear answer if we could use it or not. Elevators were extremely slow. We really did appreciate the little happy hour though. Oh also our sink was clogged, which was a minor annoyance but still. "
