We enjoyed our recent stay here. It is extremely clean, quiet and the rooms are nice and well equipped for extended stays. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice to have every morning and the gym equipment was very clean and well maintained. The only drawbacks were the bed and pillows were not that comfortable and they charge $10 a day for parking. However, we would definitely stay here again when we return to Richmond.

Good accommodations. The room was very clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible. Breakfast couldn't keep up with the number of guests; they didn't restock, and when they did, it took a long time. Very nice room, great and spacious bathroom. Very clean.

We stayed in a two-queen-bed suite and were impressed by how spacious it was. The hotel is relatively new, and everything—from the room to the common areas—felt clean and well-maintained. That said, the hotel gets extremely busy on weekends, especially during events like the Jefferson’s Cup. With so many families staying there, it can get quite noisy at night, with kids running through the hallways and in nearby rooms. If you're a light sleeper or looking for a quieter stay, that’s something to keep in mind.
