"The staff were nice, but the rooms were not ready at check-in time so there was a significant wait, there were a number of people in the lobby waiting. Some said they had been waiting in excess of an hour for a ready room. And, while I didn't really need it, the stove did not work in my room and I heard other guests share that their kitchen appliances did not work either."

Reason for only 4 stars -- room is described as having kitchen, it had a full size frig, microwave, dishwasher but NO COOKTOP/STOVE. I had to call down to front desk to find out that I had to sign out a hot plate with ONE small pan & you can ONLY use that pan! It should be advertised/described that way. Also, pillows are just awful, it was like not having one."
