"So many wonderful things about this resort. Check-in was quick and seamless, we arrived before our check-in time, we were given wrist bands to enjoy the resort until our room was ready. They have a change room if you need it. Everything was clean and fresh. Activities were plentiful whenever you needed them. Staff was quick to help. Food was always stocked and you never had to wait for than a few minutes for anything, if you had to wait. The only disappointment was the specialty restaurants, you never knew if there was going to be a 2 hour wait or you could go in immediately. This made dinner plans difficult. Japanese food was good. French and Italian were not good (my opinion). Surf and Turf was just ok. The best bet is going to the buffet. Food is always stocked and tastes delicious! I would recommend his resort every single time. A winner for any vacation you plan."

"My family and i had a great time, the staff were exceptional. Place were clean especially our host on the first night. I think her name is Tara kay beautiful soul, very helpful. I definitely will be back."

"I would say the hospitality from the entire work staff was impeccable, even though we were there at possibly the worst time in history during hurricane Melissa the staff made sure that everyone was safe and well taken care of outside of the fact of us not having any running water or air-conditioning. We had food and shelter. The resort also make sure logistically that everything was accommodated for."

"I unfortunately was victim of Hurricane Melissa and spent my vacation as well as many extended days in Hyatt Ziva Rose Hall. Although I was not able to enjoy my vacation to its full potential due to the weather circumstances, I wouldn't have chosen a better hotel to stay at during those difficult times. Words would not be able to describe the gratitude and how appreciative I am for the entire team that took care of us. From the staff, to the manager (Keneve), and the GM Adrian. They were very attentive and gave it their all despite the circumstances. Amazing people, amazing food, amazing entertainment, and a beautiful establishment. Had things been different, I know this would have been the ultimate vacation. I hope that sooner rather than later Jamaica continues to restore and flourish into the beautiful country that it is. #onelove"
