Amazing view. Kind staff. Good food. Firm beds. Nice pool. Comfortable loungers. Beautiful ocean. Good open air massages. This boutique hotel is not for someone looking to be waited on hand and foot. If you want to be left alone to relax and unwind, Samsara is perfect. Staff is there when you need them but you can spend the whole day on the cliffs, sun bathing, diving from the cliffs, swimming, snorkeling and reading and not have to interact with anyone other than your party. It's a mini paradise.

Just came back from my stay at Princess Grand and overall, I had a great time. A huge shoutout to Ingrid and the rest of the guest services team. They truly went above and beyond to make sure I was assisted with a specific request. Also, anytime I had a question or needed help, they were on it right away with a smile. Really appreciated their attentiveness. The hotel itself is very clean. The lady who cleaned our room was always super friendly and did an excellent job – the room was spotless every day. There’s definitely no shortage of things to do on the property. Whether it was relaxing by the pool, joining some of the daytime activities, or catching the nightly entertainment, there was always something happening. The evening shows were genuinely fun and engaging – way better than I expected. Unfortunately the buffet food was not great. I got sick after eating at the fusion restaurant, which definitely put a damper on one of the days. Also, if you’re vegan or vegetarian, the buffet is pretty limited – not a ton of variety there. That part was disappointing. The additional restaurants that I had food at KA and A few others wasn’t bad. Despite that, I would still recommend the Princess Grand. The service, cleanliness, and fun atmosphere make it worth the visit – just maybe be cautious with the food, especially if you have dietary restrictions.

The place was truley amazing! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The only recommendation i have is keeping the back porch lights on a little later at night.

Property was excellent, we enjoyed the all-inclusive option we chose, lots of menu options and choices. Amenities were top notch. Resort was not loud and quiet for romantic couples.

This was a fantastic location! About a 45 minute drive from the Montego airport (+/- with traffic). Made our tour to Negril convenient. The pools and beaches on site were fantastic! (Beaches had good areas for snorkeling- in a bay and open ocean) Staff was friendly and helpful. Restaurants/A La Cart options were great!! Buffet food was good/standard Buffet. We did the signature level and loved every bit of it. I would highly recommend!
