"Had a guys weekend away. The home was a perfect home base. The resort had everything we needed for a great weekend (golf course, bar, restaurant, perfect fall weather). Terra Alta is also a wonderful little mountain town with great coffee and beer. May need to look into purchasing a home in Alpine Lake."

The "resort property" this rental sits on is absolutely gorgeous, this one home itself just needs a manager check in. Clean inside, but no hot water- odd sketch items strewn about outside, feels too dark (add indoor lighting!) /abandoned. Shared Pool/Hottub wasn't useable.
