"We stayed at this property for our daughter’s wedding, a small, private ceremony in neighboring Cartersville, about 20 minutes away. We were very pleased. There was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen is huge, and well supplied. Everything you need is there, from a double oven to a giant refrigerator to pots/pans/appliances. We used the bar area in the basement as a work area to put together floral arrangements for the wedding. Linens, bathrooms, and the place in general were clean. Beds are comfortable There’s a gym located on the property as well as a “movie/gaming theater”. This would be a good place to stay if you were planning a family trip to Lake Allatoona, which is just a few minutes away. We got permission from the owner to hold a small reception at the residence. My daughter had a beautiful wedding day, and this place was no small part of that."

"My family and I loved staying at The Lake House! The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The kids really enjoyed the bunk beds and theater room downstairs. The property was very clean and the owner took such good care of us by checking in and being super responsive when we had a question. We loved that they provided us with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. for our stay. This was so helpful to our family, especially when trying to get settled the first day so we didn’t have to rush to the store for these basics. Check in was very easy. We weren’t even there yet and we already had gotten all the codes and info to check in via text from the owner. The welcome book was very, very detailed and helpful for answering all of our questions and showing us around the house. Check out was simple and easy as well. The house was very close to many restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, and gas stations. We went to Atlanta most everyday to sightsee and visit places. We liked that it was just a short 30 minute drive to downtown. We really admired the story of the owner and their family that was in the welcome book. We hope to be back soon to make some similar memories there! Thank you!!"
