Clean Rooms, frendly front offce staff, maintenance was poor ( took a five day stay to fix the blinds). And got a noisy pool side room! I will try another hotel next time near it. And parking fees were 5-10 bucks per day additional. Strange!

As a New Yorker, I am not used to paying to park in a hotel parking lot after paying so much for a room. I am also used to staying at hotels that have free breakfast. I thought $16.95 was a bit much. But next time, I'll pick my hotel better. Other than that, the hotel was clean and convenient to so many amenities.

The hotel check-in and room were great. Very friendly staff and the beds were very comfortable. HOWEVER, they nickel and dime you- $6 for parking IN their parking lot (not a garage or valet), $16.95 for hot breakfast that's "cooked to order" and $3.00 for water if you drink the bottle in the room and no tea available downstairs. Seriously? All this is enough that we won't be staying again. It's nice but......
