The entire room felt cheap. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. It felt like a dorm room. For the price, this does not hold up to what I expect from the Hilton brand. Trying too hard to be trendy and cool but losing track of the main goal, a comfortable night’s rest. The location was convenient and felt safe, but no amenities nearby.

Quiet; my room was near the elevators and I thought I thought it would be noisy, but it was relatively quiet. Clean rooms, great showers. Very nice complimentary breakfast. The only small issue, which didn’t affect me, was that the key card generator was down, so it was a technology issue

Front desk registration good. 4 pillows with no firm. Sleep on side & head would go straight to mattress. We both slept little & ready to leave around 2 am. Shower in handicapped room, which was not required, the water ran to hallway door instead of drain & was a big mess. No coffee pot in room? Went down at 4:30 am & no coffee made down there either! The room overall didn’t feel or smell that fresh clean smell. Won’t go back. Note: we enjoyed Hilton in the past but used Tru Hilton because of pet that cost extra $50.

Clean room, extremely comfortable bed, very nice staff and very safe feeling. Only concern i had was the room key systems werent working and my app wouldn't activate my room key. No resolution. But overall was amazing

We never got our room cleaned the first night so no towels to take a shower the next morning and the water was never hot enough to even take a pleasant shower. We complained and our room was cleaned the next day but the water was still cold. Spoke to a few other guests and they said the same thing "No hot water". I would not suggest this hotel !!!!
