Not at first. There was an issue with the toilet, but they were able to move me to another suite. Unfortunately, there was no body wash in the shower - only shampoo and conditioner. The saving grace was the breakfast each morning - excellent as always.

Room was spotless, staff incredibly courteous. Excellent breakfast! Great fitness center but could use wall mounted TV in front of treadmills. Just a suggestion. Only negative was having the fire alarm go off (staff member burned popcorn) and having to go down 5 flights of stairs. Tough on the knees at our age (60+) We have family in the area we were visiting so we will definitely be back and will stay here. Great area restaurants, shopping, etc.

I left my favorite bra!

Love the stay. Room is a nice size not big. Complimentary drinks in the bar and Ruth Chris is a great addition. thank you for the early check-in, the staff was great. Professional and fast....t made a huge difference!
