"Rooms need serious remodeling- tub had a dip in the middle, toilet base and sink had been repaired poorly. Sink actually had a hole in it. Bathroom door was damaged and furniture in lobby had seen better days."

"Clean hotel in a great location, terrific staff. Felt safe. Rooms comfortable, easy to sleep in. My only gripe is that 3 small elevators serve the entire building of 44 floors! We were often waiting for a LONG time for the elevator to come to or take us to the 17th floor."

The remodeling looks recent and the room looked really good even better than some 4 star hotels we have stayed at in the past. Did not expect this from a hotel near the airport. The breakfast was quite decent too. Staff was very courteous and nice too. Definitely value for money "

The two girls fro morning staff attitudes could have been better being it’s a busier hotel and many people have needs so their irritation when questions were being asked or assistance needed was very disappointing. There is not enough parking so it took 30 mins before I was able to ask and get parking in no parking zone at hotel staff suggestions the $17 a night parking is unjustified and I would like a refund as I truly did not use the lot at no fault of my own. "
