Went there with 2 kids on a suite 2queen size room. The AC seems not working great, the free breakfast wer provided in a pack ( 1 blueberry muffin, i small yogurt, 1 small orange juice for kids and 1 small orange)
The customer service are great, no issue checking in and checking out, the location is great
I really like this hotel.
However they stopped serving a hot breakfast which is a big reason we like ot so much. That was disappointing. They did have a bagged breakfast. But it wasnt the same.
This stay, our keys didnt work many times and we were on the 8th floor. This was annoying.
Other than that it was a nice stay.
The staff was VERY nice helpful.
The employees are great, but the hotel needs an upgrade, no morning buffet and issues with the electric door card. Looks a little used up and hopefully they will upgrade this hotel. It’s close to everything and bus service is good. Thanks

Property condition old. Needs maintenance and update. Elevators always very late. Only 1 was working. Not expecting cold breakfast. Coffee found cold all the time. Maybe short of staff or any other reason. Only the location was great.
Lady at checkin was really nice - location was great.
Property itself was terribly maintained. Changed room because ac wasn’t working (did t work in the other room either), door locks wouldn’t open despite multiple rekeying of card keys, no housekeeping, no hot water in shower the next day (luke warm the first day), no hot breakfast (despite saying that they did upon booking - offered doggie bags instead - muffin, small oj, yogurt, and an orange) - fitness room and pool are closed. My coworker had similar experience and they changed his room 3 times as well.
The hotel lobby is disgusting. The seats are filthy and so are the rugs both in the rooms and lobby. There is no warm breakfast provided. The sack breakfast had expired juice. The pool and gym are out of service and only one elevator works for the entire hotel. Waiting for the elevator took a lo g time. The keys to the room did not work most of the time. So we had to take a couple trips to the lobby after a lobg day in the city and even then the keys still didn't work. It wad the worst hotel we have stayed at.

The staff was kind and welcoming every time we stepped in the hotel lobby and with any request. Perfect location for a bus stop to get into the city. Spacious room - perfect for my family size and great space for all of us. These things all added up to a way more positive experience than the state of the hotel.
Found rat feces in my bed. The room is very outdated and very very dirty. Customer service was pretty good. I guess. the breakfast is horrible I am not big on doing bad reviews, but this was just not it for my family
Front desk staff was excellent, helpful as needed. Housekeeping was not good, did not clean our room the last 2 days, was given a stare down by one of the older ladies who barely spoke English for leaving our used towels outside the door because our room wasn't cleaned!

Hello,
The key does not work on the third floor, so I had to move to the ninth floor. Also, the hot water takes about 10 minutes to get hot.
The room is good, the house is clean, and the cleaner works two days a week. However, the furniture looks quite old, around early 2000s

There was not hot water and the room was very cold. The pet fee was $45 not $25 as the app stated.
