O hotel tem uma vista bonita da Reserva do Paiva, café da manhã bom, mas a limpeza estava crítica, o piso do quarto estava sujo e a pia entupida. Os lençóis estavam com cheiro forte de sabão e tive alergia.

Estadia maravilhosa, acredito que o quarto que ficamos foi até melhor que o da foto reservado. Muito aconchegante, quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, banheiro grande, chuveiro muito bom. A vista panorâmica da janela é lindíssima. O atendimento dos funcionários é muito bom, o café da manhã é bem servido, garagem coberta, pode solicitar Ifood pro jantar. Tudo muito confortável e excelente opção para descansar.

Ainda é uma boa opção

A acomodação é bem localizada, tem uma vista maravilhosa que foi estragada pela falta de limpeza nos vidros,a parte externa está imunda,mas a parte interna também deixou a desejar e muito,o que me parece é que os vidros também não estão sendo limpos por dentro, tinha marcas de mãos de criança com creme ou gordura, não consegui fazer nem um vídeo do jeito que a vista do quarto merece,ter os vidros internos limpos é o mínimo...o restaurante a noite é muito fraco... a hospedagem vale a pena pela vista dos quartos e pela piscina,o valor também é bom

A única ressalva é em relação ao uso da piscina, muita restrição, não pode nada, som, bebida etc. Até entendo que é questão de segurança, mas poderiam liberar copos descartáveis, o som poderia ser do próprio hotel para regular a questão do barulho.

Péssima estadia em apartamento imundo.

Local extremamente sujo e cheio de baratas. O quarto estava mal cuidado e o prédio todo parecia abandonado. No quarto, a sanduicheira estava com restos de pão dentro e pelos cantos do quarto haviam tufos de cabelos. O quarto todo apresentava sinais de falta de manutenção com portas estragadas, inclusive com band aid pra esconder uma rachadura na porta. Dormi porque era apenas uma noite e estava cansado. Não havia outro hotel disponível pela região. Péssima e desagradável experiência. O local parecia mais um cortiço.
