Ficamos com medo do hotel ser péssimo diante de tantas avaliações negativas, no entanto, nos surpreendemos. Chegamos tarde a noite, e fomos super bem recebidos!! O quarto? 100% limpo e higienizado. O café da manhã também é bom, com opções variadas de frutas, pães e outros. A localização é boa, com mercados e praia próxima. Podem reservar sem medo!

Only thing I liked was the price. Like they say you get what you pay for. It's ok for short stays around 2 days. Do not recommend for long stays. Great for single person not for families.

Ótima Localização, porém tivemos problemas com o ar condicionado que levou 4 dias em uma estadia de 6 para ser resolvido, ou melhor trocar de quarto. O café da manhã muito simples e com pouca variedade e reposição. A localização é o ponto alto.

O Hotel apresenta uma localiazação ideal, próximos a padarias, fármacias, mercados, ao consulado francês (que foi o motivo da minha viagem, como também a praia da Boa viagem. A recepção foi prestativa, foi disponibilizado um maleiro para armazenar as malas enquanto aguardavamos o horário do check-in. O quarto foi disponibilizado perfeitamente limpo, organizado e espaçoso, além de apresentar uma bela vista. O banheiro assim como o quarto estava em perfeitas condições.

A nossa experiência com esse hotel foi a pior possível, assim que chegamos, o quarto em que ficaríamos estava com as luzes queimadas, chamamos um funcionário, que tentou ajudar, mas não houve solução, além disso, o ar condicionado estava jogando água pra dentro do quarto, o chão estava todo molhado, que subiu água até a colcha de uma das camas, depois de muita insistência eles nos trocaram de quarto, e nesse estava um pouco melhor, mas as camas eram com colchões antigos, um dos colchões estava com as molas quebradas e o outro estava fundo no meio (cama de casa). Em relação ao café da manhã, extremamente simples, já me hospedei em hotéis com valor muito abaixo deste e ainda assim o café era melhor que neste. Não vale o custo benefício.

O hotel tem uma boa estrutura, mas está abandonada

Estrutura e localização excelentes, porém sem cuidados e manutenção adequadas. Poderiam investir mais em consertar e pintar. Decoração nos ambientes também faria grande diferença. O café da manhã foi muito abaixo da média (serviram suco tang) e a variedade de frutas era muito pequena.

Excelente custo benefício

Gostamos de tudo, estávamos de passagem, indo para Maceió. Essa foi a segunda vez que nos hospedamos nesse hotel e mais uma vez foi tudo muito bom, piscina funcionando, café da manhã simples mas tudo gostoso, atendimento muito bom. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes.
