Staff was amazing and extremely friendly and helpful! Loved the resort, the beach is the best for kids and grandparents.The food is very nice and prices for extras like wine bottles are actually cheap. Perfect resort for families.

We were here for just two nights. This is a family resort catered for families. That didn’t particularly bother us as a young couple but something to be aware of. We had a few issues. 1. We weren’t given a hotel room, instead a two bedroom apartment a few buildings down at the sister resort. They did move us upon request after the first night 2. The code for the apartment didn’t work. We had to wait an hour for someone to bring a ladder and climb through a window to get inside and reset the password 3. WiFi didn’t work in the apartment, had to wait an hour for someone to figure out what the password was 4. Had to wait 30 minutes at the towel stand for a towel because they ran out. I don’t understand how you run out of towels at a beach resort. Went to the front desk and they gave me one. 5. Hot water was not working in the apartment. 6. At 7 pm walked around trying to find somewhere to have a drink. The bar outside was closed and told me to go to the lobby bar. Lobby bar told me to go upstairs restaurant. Upstairs restaurant said they were closed. Pretty crazy to not be able to get a drink at 7 pm on vacation at a resort If you have kids, they’ll have fun. But if you don’t, stay somewhere nicer.

Wouldn’t stay there again. The kids amenities are great, but that’s about it. We had to stay in line over one hour just to check in, and they didn’t even apologize. Our room then wasn’t ready until 4PM, which was very stressful after an already very long trip with our 3 year old twins. When we finally got in the room, there weren’t enough towels or bath mats for the two bathrooms and there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom. I had also made a reservation for 5 people and was given an apartment with 1 queen bed and 2 single beds so I had nowhere to put my third kid until the 2nd day there when I pushed to get another bed. Food was ok, but it said all inclusive and we had to pay separately for all drinks including water.

Very nice, but inquire about room layout.

The “Superior” room we rented had a queen bed and two singles side by side in the same room, which didn’t work for us as there was zero privacy. Paid extra for a much nicer unit with two bedrooms, kitchen, living room. Staff, food, pools, and beach were awesome. Had a kids show and many kids activities. It was a very nice place.

The pool area, food and beach with the reef in front makes such a relaxing environment. The road leading to the resort is in poor condition and traffic jams up. They appear to be working on it, so this may only be a problem for a few more weeks.

Nossa experiência foi muito boa não geral! A limpeza do quarto deixou um pouco a desejar, principalmente no banheiro que tem alguns sinais de falta de cuidado . Mas nada que estragasse nossa experiência. O staff , comida , piscina , praia tudo muito bom . A praia na frente do hotel é ótima e a localização é boa se vc não pretende sair muito do hotel .

O hotel deixa a desejar já no início. Check-in extremamente demorado. O primeiro quarto que me deram era muito cheiro de mofo. O hotel é bem velho, quartos com cheiro de mofo, toalhas velhas, amenidades ruins, limpeza questionável (cabelo no ralo). Ralos do box e pia velhos. Deve ter sido um bom resort há uns 20 anos atrás. Restaurante extremamente barulhento. Bebidas à parte caras. A praia é linda, mas muito cheia, muito confusa. Com muitos vendedores estacionados na frente. Poluição sonora o tempo todo. Café da manhã bem completo, com espumante muito bom. Presentes legais de bolo de rolo e blusa proteção UV. Assim como check-in, o Check-out é caótico!!!

Pessima estadia

Minha experiência foi péssima. Quarto com ar condicionado estragado, nao consertaram apos reclamacao e so trocaram de quarto, apos 8 horas de insistência, isso porque fui na recepcao e disse que so sairia de la depois de meu problema estar resolvido. Entao eles trocaram de quarto e no "novo" quarto, a cama estava quebrada. Como estava de ferias e preferi nao ter mais encomodo nao voltei para reclamar na recepcao. As mensagnes por whatsaap sao respondidas rapidamente, mas nao conte com isso, porque nao resolve nada, eles dizem que estao resolvendo, mas nao fazem nada. Se tiver um problema, nao perca tempo, va ate a recepcao, de preferencia nos horarios que os novos hospedes estao entrando. Neste horario eles resolvem os problemas pra nao causar má impressões nos hospedes que estao chegando. A piscina infantil estava com o escoreegador estragado e em conversa com outro hospede, ele falou que isso ja fazia tempo que estava assim, inclusive, ele enviou uma foto para um outro pai, que estava hospedado dias antes e seu filho tinha feito um corte na perna por causa do problema do escoregador. Naquele momento, chamei o guarda vidas e obriguei ele a interditar o escorregador. Ele fez isso com muita rapidez e foi muito responsável, pois ficou la por horas, ate que veio alguem da manutencao para colocar mais bloqueios e evitar que criancas utilizassem o escorregador. Comida nao e ruim, mas nada que justifique o valor. Nunca mais voltarei a este lugar e nao indico pra ninguem.

O Hotel tem uma estrutura boa, porém o restaurante não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes. Você pega fila no café da manhã e no jantar. Não vale a pena escolher pensão completa e incluir o almoço se você não estiver disposto a sair da praia / piscina para se dirigir até o restaurante lá em cima do Lobby pra almoçar. Acabamos pedindo mesmo prato (macarrão bolonhesa) para nosso filho, e pagando por ele, mesmo tendo o almoço incluso, e mesmo tendo macarrão bolonhesa lá no restaurante, pois seria complicado tirar a criança da praia e atravessar todo o hotel para almoçar. Outra coisa é que mesmo que saíssemos cedo do quarto (entre 8 e 8:30 da manhã) e retornassemos por volta de 16:00 / 16:30h pro quarto, o mesmo não tinha sido arrumado ainda. Então todos os dias quanto estávamos tomando banho e querendo descansar após a praia, era o horário que a camareira vinha limpar o quarto. A praia é ótima, de mar bem calmo, principalmente quando a maré baixa, que fica com uma faixa mais extensa de areia. No início da manhã é bem curta e da a sensação de aperto, com muita gente nas cadeiras / sombrinhas.

Nunca tinha ouvido falar do Samoa mas foi uma experiência maravilhosa! A começar pelas boas vindas com direito a água de coco bem geladinha. E uma camisa de presente ao chegar no quarto. Todos os funcionários são bastante cordiais, a comida é maravilhosa (escolhemos a pensão completa) e bem variada. A academia bem equipada e o quarto bem espaçoso com uma cama de casal grande e duas de solteiro. Na frente do hotel tem uma praia com uma piscina natural onde as pessoas podem nadar e andar de caiaque. Na despedida ainda nos concederam late checkout e nos deram um mimo de boa viagem com água e bolo de rolo! Amamos e voltaríamos com certeza!

Só os quartos que não são muito limpos e cheirosos. O quarto 332 tinha vazamento no vaso sanitário e pia entupida. Não somos de reclamar, então só avisamos na saída. Mas fora isso, comida maravilhosa, funcionários educadíssimos e solícitos. Cama, a melhor que dormi.

O hotel eh maravilhoso, desde localização, alimentação, piscinas, praia em frente marvilhosa. A unica coisa q achei de ruim foi o preço das bebidas ( uma agua de 300 ml custar 8,00) ... Do resto eh perfeito!

La playa muy agradable y segura para niños. La comida muy buena y variada. El personal amable pero muy pocos hablan español. No me dieron ningín beneficio por mi categoría en Expedia.
