I brought my family who had never been to an all-inclusive restaurant. We had an amazing 2 nights. The food and service were amazing. The staff was kind and professional. The pool bar was a real hit and the pool area and gardens were gorgeous.

One more restaurant option would be good. Pools are really cold in the winter. We got a room with a “Jacuzzi” but the water was extremely cold. The staff was the BEST. They made our days more fun. We stayed for 6 days. Barbecue day was my favorite. I missed some good steak on the buffet but besides that the food was great.

Superb property in a wonderful location, wonderful food and friendly staff full with full-day schedule for kids, teens and adults. Rooms have decent size however the hotel also has home-like apartments. Property is very well maintained - lawns, public spaces, rooms… are super clean. Despite all-inclusive they offer excellent quality drinks and food.

American tourists think twice!!! Beautiful place, but the service was the worst I have experienced in Brasil. With the current state of traveling you would think that tourists would be welcomed not treated as an inconvenience when travel plans are altered by airline cancellations. We stayed at a pousada nearby afterwards and the service was five stars, staff made you feel completely welcome. We’ll be back soon but won’t stay here.

Hotel muito bom. Comida saborosa e de ótima qualidade. Como o meu propósito era descansar, para mim foi perfeito. Não é um hotel com atrações até tarde nem com barulho o dia todo, considero um All Inclusive mais tranquilo. Lendo os comentários, acredito que muitas das críticas acontecem quando o hotel não atende às expectativas das hóspedes… mas é necessário pensar se tais expectativas são por conta de experiências com outros resorts (que sim, muitos outros contam com shows até tarde e música o dia todo, muitas ilhas no restaurante, etc) ou pelo que o hotel se propõe. O hotel não me decepcionou em nenhum momento, foi exatamente o que eu esperava… um lugar elegante, tranquilo, com comida e bebida boa. Fui com minha mãe e foi perfeito para descansarmos. Tivemos um problema durante o Check In onde falaram que nossa reserva (feita pelo hotéis.com) havia sido cancelada. Nos encaminharam para o almoço e o problema foi resolvido pela equipe, o que mostra agilidade no serviço. O jantar no restaurante Tuna foi impecável. Voltaria com certeza.

Hotel muito bonito. Colaboradores muito simpáticos e atenciosos. Comida ótima. Bebidas com fartura, ótimas cervejas e drinks, mas os vinhos deixam a desejar. No quarto sentimos alguns problemas, cheiro de mofo o tempo todo, box do chuveiro vaza água pra fora, banheira muito pequena. A piscina é linda, mas não tem aquecimento, água muito gelada.

Todo perfecto, servicios , comida, playa, dormitorio. Todo muy bien. Volvería a ir. A mejorar, más reposeras en la playa y que no estén atadas, quizás algún entretenimiento distinto en la noche, todos los días músicas distintas, las mejores es cuando hay animadores y baile. Quizás alguna opción. Con un restaurante a la carta en lugar del de 7 pasos. Pero igualmente todo muy agradable !

Péssimo custo benefício.

No check-in, tivemos uma surpresa desagradável, reservei, erradamente, para um hospede ao invés de dois hospedes. paguei R$ 6.266,43, e o valor para duas pessoas seria de R$ 7.112,00, porém, me foi cobrado mais R$ 2.726,57 incluir o segundo hóspedes, o que elevou o valor da reserva para R$ 8.993,00, não dando alternativa para o pagamento do valor real do site. A supervisora da recepção nos informou que levaria o problema aos seus superiores. Até o final das nossas diárias não nos foi dado nenhum retorno. O problema foi relatado ao HOTELS.COM, no segundo dia da diária, que nos informou que só poderia ter sido resolvido no check-in. Faltou bom sendo e boa vontade da administração do Resort. O valor do Resort não é compatível com o custo benefício, haja vista que apresenta condições apenas para um hotel. Pouca atividade para os hospedes se distrairem em dia chuvoso. Pia do banheiro entupida, os roupões foram recolhidos na manhã do segundo dia, poucas opções de petiscos durante o dia. A única coisa que salvou no hotel foi o restaurante Tuna, que nos deram como "cortesia". Somos viajantes frequentes de resortes pelo Brasil e no exterior. É certo que nunca mais voltaremos. No Nordeste tem excelentes resortes, que são infinitamente superiores ao HOTEL Westin, como por exemplo o Japaratinga Lounge Resort, onde iremos nos hospedar no restante dessa viagem de casal.
