Staff is the best this place has to offer! Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The place itself wasn’t my favorite. Very dark with old furniture and small bedroom. The view of Recife from the dining area and our bedroom was breathtaking. After couple of days one can get used to staying there but I won’t be returning.

The room was always clean and tidy and the cleaning ladies were consistently kind. The rustic decoration provides a cozy atmosphere. The setup is friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back when we have a chance to travel through the Northeast of Brazil.

Consider that this is a very old house as all of the houses around Olinda city center. The room I got was quite poor. Lack of ventilation, bugs everywhere, while my friends got another rooms in the same property those were way better in general terms. Just make sure you dont get the room that is connected with Beijupirá restaurant.

Pousada em condições decadentes, fotos não condizem com a realidade. Quartos e banheiros sujos, teias de aranha, poeira. Camas e travesseiros desconfortáveis. Zero, absolutamente zero isolamento acústico, prepare se bem para dormir. Piscina suja, jardim mal cuidado. Funcionários atenciosos, contudo batem papo na recepção após 22h00. Rua normalmente barulhenta também.

A pior pousada que já ficamos! Repito: A PIOR. Profissionais totalmente despreparados e estragaram a minha lua de mel. Fiquei 2 dias nesta pousada e quis fechar um jantar no bistrô flor do coco. Tudo começou quando eu pedi para FAZER UMA SURPRESA PARA O MEU MARIDO, pelo WhatsApp, fiz o acerto do jantar e da taxa rolha e PEDI PARA MANTEREM SEGREDO, pois era melhor não ter pedido. Assim que entramos na pousada para fazer check in outra funcionária despreparada fez o favor de contar a surpresa e perguntar qual mesa eu gostaria de reservar, e eu tentando fazer o mínimo sinal QUE ERA SEGREDO. Algo que deveria ser passado internamente entre os funcionários, totalmente desconfortável, depois que leu a nossa conversa pediu desculpa, como se não tivesse estragado a surpresa do dia! NÃO CONTENTE EM ESTRAGAR A SURPRESA, a situação piora quando eu DEPOIS DE PAGAR O JANTAR, A TAXA ROLHA E ESCOLHER A MESA COM O MEU MARIDO, subimos para o quarto (que tem uma péssima acústica, da para escutar até o suspiro de outra pessoa) descemos a noite para o jantar e pasmem tinha um casal na mesa do qual eu tinha mandado FOTO DA MESA DA QUAL EU QUERIA no WhatsApp, ESCOLHI A MESMA MESA NOVAMENTE com o meu marido depois da funcionária estragar a surpresa, e mesmo assim quando desci, A MINHA MESA ESTAVA OCUPADA. Mesmo procurando a recepcionista, ela não conversou com o casal e muito menos veio me dar satisfação, jantamos na bancada do bistrô. Horrível, jamais esquecerei da pior experiência de lua de mel.

Simplesmente incrível!! Super recomendo, desde a estrutura, atendimento, localização, limpeza, comida. Tudo. Pra não falar que não tivemos nenhum problema o pedido da nossa comida foi errado no sistema e demorou um pouco. Mas quando o atendente identificou o erro imediatamente atuou pra resolver. A pousada tem mais de 300 anos e carrega uma imensidão de história mantida até hoje para ser conhecida e admirada. Além disso a atendente Laiane foi maravilhosa, nós indicou os melhores caminhos com segurança. Conhecemos os principais pontos turísticos a pé e na frente tem uma sorveteria maravilhosa. Enfim, recomendo!

A Pousada do Amparo está em uma localização incrível em Olinda e se trata de um edifício antigo e com área comum interessante. A piscina é charmosa, e o café da manhã agrada muito. O apartamento standart, porém, leva-o a enfrentar várias escadas íngremes e é absolutamente austero, para dizer o mínimo. A roupa de cama e de banho é desgastada e muito pouco confortável, o banheiro é minúsculo e muito precário. Se o preço cobrado não for uma barganha, há opções melhores em Olinda.

Apaixonante em cada detalhe

A estadia foi muuuuito acima da expectativa. A casa antiga, com decoração histórica e ainda assim chique, confortável, foi quase como uma viagem no tempo. A pousada fica na melhor localização da cidade, perto de todas as atrações importantes e de bares famosos. O quarto é um show, no meu caso tinha varanda com banheira, tudo muito bonito, de bom gosto e rústico. Café da manhã saboroso e com variedade. Atendimento excelente, funcionários simpáticos e apaixonados pela história da cidade, que dão muitas dicas de passeios e guias credenciados. Estou triste por não poder ficar mais dias, nunca imaginei que iria amar tanto tudo. Se pudesse, ficaria muito mais! Recomendo! Destaco também os 2 restaurantes incríveis e famosos dentro do hotel. Excepcional!
