o hotel e muito cheio de regras e nada que benefie os hóspedes somente punicao ao nao cumprimento das regras. No banheiro nao existe identificação sobre o registro de agua quente e fria o que pode causar riscos de acidente. Havia preenchido os dados para o check in antecipadamente mas ao chegar tive que fazer tudo novamente. Eles nao sabem informar os valores a serem pagos no check antecipado.

É preciso que fique MUITO CLARO que não há estacionamento gratuito. Além disso reservei um quarto com 1 cama de solteiro, 1 bicama e 1 cama de casal, mas na realidade era 1 cama de casal e 1 bicama. A equipe foi relativamente prestativa sobre este ponto e nos mudou de quarto no dia seguinte da reserva, porque entenderam que havia ambiguidade na informação, mas sobre o estacionamento não houve qualquer acordo porque, segundo argumentaram, entrando em tal lugar do site a informação estava clara...
