But the most striking aspect is the staff. Our first visit to Bansko, with very rudimentary Bulgarian language skills, the staff nevertheless met our every question and need with a smile and a helpful answer. "The worst hotel I have ever stayed. The pictures are misleading and don't present reality not even close. The interior was old and stinky. The guy at the reception was angry every time we approached him even during the check in. The spa center resembleed more lile a sanitarium or an old hospital from the Eastern European block. The breackfast was cooked days ago and served just warmed up including the crepes and omelette, the only good thing were the kind Ukrainian servers at the restaurant "
