Es gab leider keinen Aufenthalt, da die Rezeptionistin behauptet es gäbe leine Buchung, obwohl sie sogar bezahlt war. Das Hotel wäre voll mit Kindern, und außerdem gäbe es auch keinen Vertrag mit hotels.com. Wir mussten ein anderes Hotel suchen. Dank hotels.com haben wir den Betrag rückerstattet erhalten .
