Centrally located and very convenient to visit all the landmarks. Generally clean ( mirrors in the bathroom needed some cleaning) and very spacious room.
Breakfast was excellent
Lovely junior suite. Veryh well decorated and the kkng bed w as comfortable. We had a real challenge finding the place. Maybe some more detailed directions would help since you can't just pull up to the front door. Would highly recommned this stately hotel!!
Ideally-located at the centre of Sofia. The hotel is nice with good facilities, although just check you are not in a room next to the lifts as that can be a bit noisy.

For a 5 star hotel, I think this is okay. The hardware is generally good. The building is beautiful and nicely renovated. Rooms have modern facilities and smart features. Front desk service is very good. House keeping seems to be inconsistent - missing towels, empty shampoo container etc. A quick simple trip to the front desk resolved the issues.
Grand hotel with classy decor. The smart switches and curtains work well. Beds are comfortable with good linen. Front desk staff is competent and courteous. House keeping is a bit inconsistent - often took our bath mat and not replaced, empty bath gel container was not refilled etc. It was quickly resolved by talking to the front desk though.
The entire hotel was AMAZING!!! Everything was wonderful, staff, the car service, breakfast, vicinity of hotel, metro (although, we didn't use; it's right outside the front door) etc. I traveled with my 13-year old daughter and it was situated in a safe location. I highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Sofia!
Excellent hotel in the middle of the city Center with everything around and very good breakfast

Great hotel, very well located, especially to the metro (90 seconds walk) - the only thing that let us (and overheard others), the hot food at the buffet breakfast was consistently not hot, they need to work on that. Other breakfast items were perfect, fruits, pastries etc.
Hotel location is suberb, just in Centre. It is little oldish style but rooms are clean and spacious, stuff is friendly and breakfast is good. Everything is working well. My recommendations.
Staff offered a “free upgrade” to a junior suit, we had to wait an extra hour and a half for our room to be ready. When we got given our room the room did not look like pictures at all. Yes it was bigger but the “upgraded” room was outdated, dirty, and to be honest creepy. It was like the rest of the hotel had been refurbed apart from this room, it was hidden away down one of the corridors. The room also had an issue with a loud buzzing sound, which we complained about and thankfully we got moved to our original room booking. I don’t know how staff thought it was an upgrade. The standard room was fine, and lovely, looked like the pictures. Do not book the junior suit.
