"Very friendly and generally nice feel. The "amenity charge" feels awkward and quite expensive: in practice this got me a nice water bottle and some free spring water and cost me $70 tax. I didn't find the coffee in the room great (also included in this charge), and I think it's normal for internet etc. to be included in a room rate. I imagine this is worse still for groups/families travelling as it seems to be per person per night. It would feel more friendly to make this optional or include it...

"Overall my stay was good. Upon check-in I was told my room wasn’t ready - and this was at 4:00 pm. I had to wait until 5:30 to get my room, which I thought was very unprofessional. Being that check in is at 3:00 I’m, I didn’t feel that this was fair. The room was nice, the neighborhood was also nice - not ideal with no car. I didn’t eat here but the menu looked decent. "

"Excellent stay! Loved the rooftop lounge with beautiful view where we ate our dinner. The courtyard was a lovely place to enjoy the delicious breakfast included with our stay. The dishwasher was beeping when we arrived but maintenance showed up in just minutes to resolve. I forgot my toothbrush and the front desk immediately brought me a complimentary one. Reasonable $20 secure parking but spaces a bit tight. Very comfortable bed. "
