The flat is 30 meters (no need to cross roads) from the beach in San Michele di Pagana,Portofino Gulf.

Cute and unique location
We enjoyed our stay. The plus are the location- close to water, cute house, restaurants, marketIt and bus stops in 5 mins walking. Enjoyed getting up and going for quick swim in harbour before Rest got up, and walk to market along coast. You feel like you live in the area! The balcony with side view to water and front view over a little park and church cute. The old touches of glass doors, old style furniture of beds and wooden floors gave unique cozy feel. Still cleanliness could've been a bit better. e.g. Walls in kitchen, edges in shower, but it was ok. Bathroom muffy smelling. We also had difficulty with mosquitoes. Really needed to shut down Doors and windows in afternoon and evening to avoid being eaten and not hear the traffic from street behind. Got into a rhythm about it though. Couch not supper comfortable (had Video evening due to rain) and bunk beds short in length which was not great for my pre-teens. Overall no major regrets - good price and location rate. Just note it is on 4th floor.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Angefangen beim herzlichen Kontakt mit Lorenza und ihrem Mann, der praktischen Wohnung, den kurzen Wegen zu Strand, Restaurant, Laden und die grosse Freude an Kindern überall. Einziger Nachteil war das Treppen steigen mit Kinderwagen bis in den 3. Stock.

Una vacanza rilassante
Casa molto spaziosa e ben arredata, adatta per famiglie, unico limite l'assenza di aria condizionata, nelle giornate più calde si sente. Comunque massima disponibilità dell'agenzia per ogni necessità, località molto suggestiva, sul mare a due passi da Santa Margherita e Rapallo. Consigliatissimo.

Sehr empfehlenswert!
Wir hatten ab dem 1.11.18 gebucht, also zwei Tage nach dem unsäglichen Unwetter in Ligurien. Carlo hat uns telefonisch vorgewarnt, dass es in S. Michele keinen Strom gibt und von sich aus angeboten, bei vollem Kostenausgleich zurück zu treten. Allein das spricht schon für ihn! Wir haben Kerzen eingepackt und sind trotzdem gefahren. Gott sei Dank, denn es wurde eine schöne Zeit! Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Mensch so braucht - bis hin zum Austernmesser. Heizung, Wasser, Gas, alles hat funktioniert. Internet auf Anfrage über Handy-Wlan, allerdings langsam. Nur italienische Fernsehprogramme - aber ihr werdet sie lieben! Und zwei Wochen ohne deutsche Nachrichten sind ein Segen...Fast alle Lokale an der Küste haben gratis-Wlan, man ist also nicht im Nirvana. Sollte man zusätzlich etwas benötigen, ist Lorenza da. Sie managt die Wohnung, kennt alle und jeden, ist liebenswert, ständig erreichbar und erfüllt alle Wünsche. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war nur eine Pizzeria geöffnet und eine Bar, alles andere ist dem Sturm zu Opfer gefallen. Pizza empfehlenswert - aber bitte nur eine für zwei Personen bestellen, sonst passt kein Nachtisch mehr rein! In der Bar nebenan (alles an der Hauptstraße) zur Mittagszeit Prosecco trinken: die "Beilagen" (Focaccia, Nüsse, Chips, Oliven usw.) ersetzen eine Mahlzeit. Das gilt übrigens für alle Bars in der Region. Über die Lärmbelästigung von der Straße, die von anderen Reisenden beschrieben wurde, kann ich nichts sagen. Während wir dort waren, wurde die Bucht nach dem Unwetter mit schwerem Gerät gereinigt, das übertönte alles. Gleiches Bild in Rapallo und Santa Margherita. Schön dabei: viele Leute haben zwar gar nichts mehr, weil unsäglich viel zerstört wurde, trotzdem waren alle freundlich, hilfsbereit und gut drauf. Darum lieben wir Italien schließlich! Fazit: kein Luxus, aber Italien hautnah, etwas für Kenner und Liebhaber.

Gemütliche, familienfreundlich Wohnung ganz nahe am Strand
Wir, 2 Erwachsene, zwei kleine Mädchen (3,5 & 1,5), verbrachten zwei schöne, erholsame Wochen in San Michele Anfang September. Es war alles zu unserer besten Zufriedenheit. Die Wohnung ist praktisch eingerichtet, es ist alles Nötige vorhanden. Lorenza könnte uns alles erklären und zeigen und stand auch während unserem Aufenthalt für uns zur Verfügung. Restaurants, Cafebar, Gelateria, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bushaltestelle, Tauchbasis ist alles zufuss sehr gut erreichbar, auch mit kleinen Kindern. Die Kinder fanden es toll so nahe am Strandbzu sein und fanden die Runden kleinen Kieselsteine toll zum Spielen, Sandeln,... Wirklich tolle Ferien mit der ganzen Familue!

Schöne Wohnung, Lage und Appartement absolut kindertauglich
Die Wohnung liegt in einer kleinen Straße, in die man nicht mit dem Auto fahren kann. Insofern sind die An- und abreise mit dem Gepäck etwas beschwerlich, aber dafür ist es toll, wenn man erst mal da ist. Von der Haustür sind es wirklich nur wenige Schritte bis zum Strand, so daß man jederzeit in die Wohnung kann. Der Strand selber ist ein Steinstrand, es empfehlen sich Badeschuhe, aber das Wasser war sauber und man konnte Fische beobachten. Die Wohnung war ordentlich und sauber, alle Geräte haben gut funktioniert und zu viert hat mach ausreichend Platz. Nur die Dusche könnte mal eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Ort, St Michele, selber ist sehr ruhig und bietet nicht viel Abwechslung, aber man kann mit dem Bus oder in 25 Minuten zu Fuß bequem nach Rapallo kommen. Es gibt zwei kleine Alimentari und in Rapallo richtige Supermärkte.

Gute Lage
Wir waren schon vor ein paar Jahren in dieser Wohnung und da wir wieder in diese Gegend wollten, war uns klar, dass wir wieder in diese Wohnung ziehen möchten. Die Lage ist super, direkt am Strand und St.Margherita und Rapallo sind problemlos zu Fuss zu erreichen. Auch zum Wandern konnten wir gleich vom Haus aus starten. Wer nicht so gerne zu Fuss unterwegs ist wie wir, kann den Bus nehmen, die Haltestation ist auch in einer Minute erreichbar. Restaurant, Bar und ein kleines Geschäft sind auch gleich in S.Michele. Die Wohnung ist gut eingeteilt und nett eingerichtet. Alle wichtigen Hilfmittel, wie z.B Waschmaschine etc. sind in der Wohnung, auf dem kleinen Balkon hat man eine schöne Aussicht aufs Meer. Negativ könnte der Lärm der Strasse sein,uns hat es nicht gestört, da alles andere einfach wunderbar war, sonst hätten wir auch nicht wieder diese Wohnung gemietet. Lorenza ist auch sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Perfekt !

Meravigliosa vacanza primaverile
E' il secondo anno che soggiorniamo presso questo meraviglioso appartamento: ben tenuto, spazioso e luminoso: eravamo con 5 bambini e ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. San Michele di Pagana è una piccola perla della riviera: posizione favorevole per visitare Portofino, Rapallo e a pochi minuti da Genova. Indimenticabili anche le serate in riva al mare, illuminati dalle luci del borgo. La sig.ra Lorenza sempre disponibile ed accogliente. Unico neo: dover andar via al termine della vacanza.

Weitgehend wie beschrieben
Die Wohnung entspricht weitgehend der Beschreibung und den vorhergehenden Bewertungen: + günstige Lage in Strandnähe + (Ende Oktober) Nachts ruhig, anders als es in einigen anderen Bewertungen schien. - Geschirrspüler außer Betrieb. Nach Teilen des Geschirrs zu urteilen, funktionierte der Geschirrspüler auch vor dem Totalausfall nicht wirklich. Leider wird nur auf der englischen Seite im Detail beschrieben, dass der Internetzugang zusätzlich in Rechnung gestellt wird und das tägliche Volumen beschränkt ist - anders als in der deutschen oder italienischen Version. Die LTE-Abdeckung bei der Wohnung ist aber so gut, dass wir mit einer Daten-SIM eines italienischen Anbieters eine sehr schnelle Verbindung hatten.

Nice but noisy
We spent one week mid august in the appartment with my familly (1 couple, 1 six year old girl and one baby boy). The appartment is ok for a familly but except on the main bedroom, beds are for children. The appartment is indeed 30 meters from the beach which is very convenient. However, the appartment is also very close to the main road and therefore very noisy during the night. We were also very surprised to see that the appartment was just above the parking for garbage truck (small, but they start working at 6:30) In August it is very difficult to park in this area, so it is more convenient to use buses and trains or to ask if it is possible to rent in a box in addition. Except all of this, the place is charming, the appartment, beach is very beautiful (but crowded). Nicolas

séjour à san michele lieu plein de charme et authentique ....un peu désuet
L'appartement de carlo est exactement comme décrit (la petite chambre etait trés petite mais nous etions quatre donc nous ne l'avons pas utilisée), simple mais trés propre avec tout le confort nécessaire et très italien ! et avec vue sur la mer ! la plage est au pied de l'immeuble, les cigales chantent toute la journée....quel régal de se baigner dans l'eau claire de la baie à partir du petit chemin qui longe la mer au milieu des rochers ! ambiance italienne et familiale Nous avons trouvé une petite buvette pour boire notre spritz au bord de l'eau et tout le reste à santa margheritha à 15 min à pied. Les 5 terres sont accessibles en train et portofino en bus ou bateau. L'accueil de Lorenzo était parfait ! nous sommes prêts pour repartir

l'appartement est agréable, bien situé juste au dessus de la plage. Le seul problème est le parking situé assez loin surtout quand on a des bagages. Attention l'appartement est au 3ème étage.

Super Lage - alles da - guter Kontakt
Alles bestens. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und hat wirklich eine tolle Lage (direkt am Strand und in der Nähe der Stadt). Alles total problemlos mit Kontakt und Vermietung (viele Grüße an Lorenza!). Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderbare Gegend in einer gmütlichen Wohnung
Wir (Familie mit 3 Kinder 4,8,10 Jahre) waren über Auffahrt in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und wirklich neben dem Strand gelegen. Die Wohnung ist zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Geschirrspüler war leider noch nicht ausgeräumt und funktioniert auch nicht richtig.(Immer noch dreckig oder Spülresten am Geschirr). Die Wohnung hatte genügend Platz und ein grosses Bad mit Douche. Die Betten waren sauber zurechtgemacht und es hatte genügend Bade- und Toilettentücher vorhanden. Die Wohnung war im grossen und ganzen Sauber und hat 2 Balkone. Jedoch sind sie nicht gross genug für draussen zu Essen. Das Auto musste auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz abgestellt werden (ca. 5min zu Fuss) und die Wohnung liegt im 3.Stock. Es war sehr ruhig und wir hatten sehr Glück mit dem Wetter.

Excellentes vacances
Le cadre est idéal. La région est splendide et très agréable pendant les vacances d'avril car il y a peu de touriste et qu'il fait moins chaud. L'appartement est agréable à vivre avec ses deux terrasses . Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances
