"Room was awesome, we had complimentary fruit and chocolates in the room. It was quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and plentiful, we were walking distance to many hotels and shops. There were a lot of street dogs and people seemed to care for them, give them food and shelter, not chase them away. "

"Great hotel, although some rooms needed a little maintenance, it was clean, bright and comfortable. It’s in a great location for the metro, restaurants and shopping with a cheap flea market (not handicrafts). The staff were friendly and helpful, I felt safe as a woman travelling alone."

"The rooms and coordoors smelled of smoking and it shows as no smoking hotel. There was no hot water, tv and room phone did not work. In the morning at 5 am they told me they did not charge for the room, I give a credit card to charge to and there matchiine did not work they asked me to pay cash.. I dis not had that much rupees and I end up pay in Canadian dollars "
