I slept fully clothed as I was afraid to change or go barefoot anywhere. The pillows had mold spots on them. Rusty bathroom. Huge cracks in ceilings and walls. Do not recommend unless you’re desperate for a place to stay. Staff was nice.

Not so good. Expected to be a average been 3.5 star hotel. We booked two nights. But got out the very next day. Room was super cold. No heater in the room, no hot water on the day we arrived. Bed sheets were not clean(was stain and hair stuck on it ) was not happy at all.

PROS: N/A CONS: Horrific experience. Poor location. Karol Bagh area is not for tourists. Pickpocketers everywhere on the walking strip. No restaurants. Insects flying throughout your room. Dirty sheets with stains. Stains on the wall. Spider in bed. Bathroom was appalling. Ended up transferring to another hotel near Connaught Place. You’ve been warned.

Acceptable hotel in a dirty area

Based on the reviews and number of stars, I had some pleasant expectations about this hotel. Unfortunately the overall stay was disappointing: - The rooms were not clean enough (we asked to change first room); - Front desk clerks has a poor English (except one lady); - One of the front desk clerks charged us more for the airport transfer than it was stated on the rates sheet; - Hotel is located near a busy street, thus there is a lot of noise. I do not recommend this hotel.

Clean, comfortable small hotel.

Stayed at Hotel Metro View twice, before beginning a tour and before going home. They supplied a clean room & comfortable bed and the people were very accommodating. Although not central to downtown sights, it's not far from some good shopping and from the metro.

In dusty Karol Bagh

This is a resonable hotel for the price and most of the staff are helpful and friendly. There was a problem arranging taxi transport from the hotel. They charged a very high flat fee which was more than double the rate of a metered taxi. The vicinity of the hotel is pretty grim or the usual broken pavements,insane traffic and mounds of plastic detritus

convenient - but nothing special - hotel

The hotel is in a convenient location being close to the metro station and a shopping area. As for the room itself although comfortable and clean it did not have a window and the shower was very poor with most of the holes in the shower head seemingly blocked. Did not get my 7am wake up call (or at least not by 7:10 when I spoke to reception about it despite giving them a reminder the night before).

A nice budget hotel

I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed it. It's a good option for travelers on a budget and whatever it lacks in fanciness, the staff make up for in friendliness and helpfulness. They were wonderful.

Ad un paio di minuti dalla metro.

Il personale è stato cortese. Le lenzuola erano sporche e nonostante le abbiano cambiate le hanno rimesse nuovamente sporche e macchiate. L'acqua calda è disponibile solo in alcuni orari al difuori dei quali va richiesta. L'asciugacapelli va richiesto. La colazione è appena sufficiente. L'impressione è che l'hotel si rivolga soprattutto ad una clientela locale (indiana). Una notte abbiamo avuto la sfortuna stare vicino clienti molto rumorosi che hanno reso difficile riposare.

Taxi i know was 500 rupees, info from other people and from taxi driver himself. Reception charged me 700 rupees. I wanted to give t the money to driver himsrlf, but the reception collected the 700 rupees before i left. Thst was dec 13th 1130 pm. So you will know who is in charge. But i was aware the reception will pocket 200 rupees. I did not give tip to the taxi driver, i told him to get his tip from the reception. Can they not stop from guicing out money from the tourists. Just do little thing in the name of service and humanity.
