Amazing property. Perfect for solo travellers, the staff were kind the hotel was ultra modern and the pool was a lovely addition to the stay. The food at the hotel was amazing and it was amazing to have half board. Would highly recommend the hotel. Close to the city centre and within walking distance of the Metro station.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The pickup from the airport was seamless our driver Prem was waiting for us. The rooms were clean, the beds were very comfortable and a good size. The buffet breakfast was amazing and the staff were fantastic from the front desk staff to the wait staff. Friendly service and amazing hospitality. We wish we could have spent more than one night there. Thank you to Aamir for the transfer to the other hotel and for showing us some of the sites of Delhi.

Choosing the right accommodation is the most important part of traveling to a new country. During my month-long trip to India, I stayed at various hotels across different regions, but the Novotel Intercity Hotel in New Delhi was the most impressive. It is conveniently located near the city center, and the hotel itself was excellent overall. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was top-notch. The breakfast buffet was also outstanding—truly the best. If I visit again, I will definitely book this hotel.

I recently stayed in this hotel with my 2 sisters for 8 nights. The hotel is in a good location; very modern and in excellent condition. It was very clean and spacious and had all modern amenities. Our booking included breakfast and dinner and these were superb. There was such a wide range of foods to choose from and included chefs cooking dishes to order. We have travelled a lot but would hands down say this was the best hotel we have ever stayed in! This was really down to the staff who were all very helpful. In particular Chef Dilip and his restaurant team deserve a lot of praise. They were so attentive and kind and took such good care of us. They made us feel so welcome and cared for. The staff members who looked after us and need recognition are Ajay, Dev, Gokul, Lav, Tanya, Jaya and Preeti. All the others were lovely too but these are the ones we saw regularly. The hotel also has a desk that arranges tours which were excellently managed by Aamir. He helped us plan some lovely trips and answered our many questions and was so lovely and patient. We also had an excellent driver for some of our trips (again organised by the hotel) who also took very good care of us. He made us feel safe, took great care of us and was very knowledgeable. Thank you Prem. I would highly recommend this hotel purely for the amazing staff :-)

Overall a pretty average hotel in a convenient location if you want to stay close to Old Delhi but not too close. The staff were all fantastic and friendly. Restaurant food was good with options. Overpriced laundry service and any extras.

A Clean and Welcoming Hotel in a Quiet Area

I had a pleasant stay here. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, with exceptionally friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their service really stands out. The only limitation is the location. There’s not much to do or see within walking distance, so you’ll need transport if you want to explore the city or find nearby attractions.

Overall it was a great experience stating in Novotel New Delhi City Center. Staff were friendly and helpful. Addressed to any issues or concerns very quickly. The life guard at the pool was friendly and view from the roof top infinity pool was mind blowing during sunset. Got the best pictures by the pool. I would suggest to add more varieties of food in buffet for guests who stay more than 3 to 4 days.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. Only negative is the area the hotel is in. It is close to main attractions such as Connaught Place and the Red Fort but the immediate vacinity of the hotel is not the best with limited dinning options. As such, I went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and it took over an hour to receive my food order and drink, the food was good but the service takes way too long.

The service at this hotel is on another level. Every single member of staff from housekeeping to the restaurant team went out of their way to make sure your needs are attended to. Special thank you to reception who allowed me to check in a few hours early and to Ajay and Alina in the restaurant who made ever breakfast and dinner amazing. The food here was superb too, the pool was amazing, I would recommend this place and suggest you do halfboard as the area around is close to the tourist area but Delhi traffic is horrendous and I wouldn't venture out alone in the evenings. The outside is similar to all other hotels in Delhi. Also, the smell in the hallway was absolutely devine!
