One man on staff was really helpful, the lady when we first arrived was rude. And having to pay for oarking is ridiculous. "

The decor is old world opulence and, from a visitor’s point of view, this spa / hotel has everything you need- as well as everything you never knew you needed. "Downfalls: missing a twin bed on the upper floor that we expected to be there; all beds were terribly uncomfortable - nobody slept well the entire trip; temperature was difficult to manage (too hot); heater in basement was broken but they fixed it the second day"
