Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben !
