"the stay was great. good location and very scenic view from the lobby. the hotel room is small but very nice and super affordable. the breakfast buffet was limited but still good enough; the price is a 1/4 of what i'm used to paying so i thought that was a deal. "

"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"The hospitality at the hotel was really good. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast selection was really good and tasty. It is very family friendly. My husband and I have travelled around a lot and this is one of our favourite hotel. The location is great and the metro station is only 7 mins walk. We hope to come back again and thank you so much. "Very nice stay. Booked a delux room and upgraded to a suite. Room was decorated with the topic of tea and nice view to the river. Breakfast was quite luxury with many choices of Chinese food such as noodle, dumpling, many dishes and so on. And also western traditional breakfast "

Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Ich blieb stur, wies nach dass ich selbst an hotels.com deutlich mehr bezahlt hatte als in dem Fax stand, und...
