"Room was exactly what we thought it would be. Big and nice pool view. Once we arrived I ask for a brochure for the amenities that were here at this property or for even a map they stated that they didn’t have one. That was weird to me. The hallways are a lil outdated and the parking garage elevator was super slow. Great location to strip for food and entertainment. Nice size pool area and easy access to the beach "

"Was clean and comfortable. Had a good view of the ocean, especially for a side room. The only issues we had were housekeeping never seemed to visit our room. This caused overflowing garbage cans and us running out of towels and toilet paper. "

"Ms Anne at the front desk was great as well as Shamyra… Also I can’t forget about Jeff at the roof top bar he was awesome we shared life stories and had a good time. Everyone had an overall great demeanor and was very nice towards me and my family. They gave great suggestions for things to do and places to eat and the location was perfect will definitely be back to this hotel next time we come to ocean city and this was my first time back in over 14 years "

Twice a week at 3p the hotel offer "Swimming with the mermaid" This is not extra charge and my granddaughters had such great time they were so excited and happy. "We stay at this hotel every year and this year our room was in need of some serious updates. It's hard, once you've stayed in a couple of the newly renovated rooms, to get put in one of the old, broken down ones. Hopefully, next year we'll get one of the new rooms again. Everything else was lovely. We love staying at the Holiday Inn Ocean City, an IHG Hotel and this stay doesn't change that. We will be back! "
