"Really beautiful guest house set in the Devonshire countryside and amazing hosts . Made to feel very welcome . Room was lovely , clean and the bed was so comfy !!! The homemade cake was a nice added touch . Delicious home cooked breakfast and beautiful fresh fruit and delicious granola !!!

"Lovely comfortable space, in a remote area but within easy driving reach of shops and pubs. Fast internet and good WiFi signal, and a large Smart TV with DVD player. Spacious grounds with peaceful places to sit and enjoy the view. Excellent communication from the hosts before and during the stay"

Room 3 was extremely well appointed with our own entrance and outdoor space. The small kitchen area included a microwave great for a cosy meal in. The continental breakfast was amazing and really set you up for the day.
Set in quiet countryside outside Bideford with easy access to local attractions and exploring the countryside.
A really relaxing break for us and would definitely recommend staying here."

"We had a brilliant stay here just after Christmas for 6 nights. The cottage was spotless, really comfortable, and had everything we needed—it felt like a proper home away from home.
The kids absolutely loved feeding the farm animals every morning (so did we!) it was such a fun way to start the day and definitely made the stay extra special.
Carolyn and Carl were fantastic hosts—so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble.
