The room was spacious and clean and we received the nicest gift before our departure. The staff was so welcoming and friendly, especially Kevin who took the time to point out the sloths on the property and made sure we got good pictures of them. It was a little chilly during our stay but we still enjoyed the warm pools and hot spring pools. The breakfast buffet was impressive and delicious!
