Our room was spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, providing the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Costa Rica. The thermal pools were a highlight of our stay. They were peaceful, well-kept, and the perfect way to unwind while enjoying the breathtaking scenery. The staff went above and beyond throughout our visit. Every team member was friendly, attentive, and eager to help with recommendations and arrangements. The dining experience was equally impressive, with delicious food, excellent service, and a wonderful atmosphere.
