Some basic info on the city would have been helpful to have in the lobby. Check in before paying for parking to get the discounted rate. Room was hot but overall it’s a clean safe place to stay.

Since it's a dormitory type of accommodation there is a lot of space for parking ( pay 5$ for 24h parking ) , The microwave is in close and barricade location that you cannot be use, if planning to stay during summer better bring your own fan because its very hot no air conditioning unit and no fan available. Kinda loud during night because of the doors banging.

Clean room and helpful staff. Maybe it will be helpful for marketing purposes, however, that the actual "residence" is not the tall white building that is shown in Expedia pictures. Rather, the actual hotel/residence is a small beige building next door. I entered a wrong door that led to a cafeteria. Luckily, a friendly staff physically accompanied me to where I should go. So please include a picture of the small building in your advertisement. Otherwise, good stay. Thanks

It’s a great place for the price! It’s in a quiet area, clean, and both the front desk staff as well as room service are polite and professional. It is essentially a dorm with a shared bathroom among the hallway, but superb for the price!

Perfect location!

The location was perfect for a week of lecture at the University. The tunnel system permitted me to walk to my classes without going outside in the snow. Unfortunately, my room was next to a Shared Bathroom with a noisy door. The room was spacious and comfortable. Ideal for visiting students.

an excellent hosteling / university stay choice at a budget. the room was clean as was the shared bathrooms, quarters are from an earlier time for sure, but we got a room on the north side and was able to take advantage of the windows to keep the room cool. we enjoyed the use of the pool table, and the pyramid was in walkable distance. check-in was great, and parking wasn't an issue.

Room was good, just very small bathroom and uncomfortable shower that had green shower tip. The rest room seemed clean and warm. Staff was fine, we were glad they worked till 11 pm. They spoke both French and English which is a big thing for Quebec City. We had issues with the cards accessing the campus area as the front desk person didn’t set fully up and we almost spent Christmas Eve on the streets, but likely we got helped by students staying on campus ( huge thanks!). It’s a decent place to stay a night or two, we stayed four. Transportation around was decent and you could use the tunnels to reach to the bus stop, we just didn’t know how so walked. Safe area and quite around. It was only loud in the room at nights when someone talked loudly on the phone at 2 am. In general good for a short stay!

What I love the best is the convenient location and wonderful walkable and bicycle friendly campus environment. The old dorm style room are dated but comfortable. The common bathrooms are very clean and there are sufficient showers and even bath tub choices so it was not an issue at all for me. There are no A/C units but the night generally cool to the mid 70's °F in Quebec city in August so my stay was very confortable. The windows have screens but are a little hard to open. Ask the staff at the reception and they will answer all of your questions

The staff member who checked us in was lovely and so helpful, even with our very late arrival. The room was clean and linens were fresh. It is a college dorm, but the shared washroom facilities were also well maintained. The only drawback was the temperature in the room. It was incredibly hot and humid, with no air conditioning or climate control at all.
